Charles Mario Tapella was the second son and third child of Geralamo Tapella. He was born on August 4, 1905 in Cuggiono, Italy, a small town 20 miles west of Milan. He was more commonly known as Charley. His father who had emigrated to the US returned to bring his entire family (six children at the time) to back to St. Louis because of the rising problems of World War I. The family sailed from Genoa and arrived at Ellis Island on ????, 1915. The family settled on the Hill in St. Louis. Need all of the information that Ang can provide.
